Axial Fan

A mechanical device used to produce airflow in a variety of applications is an axial fan. It comprises a central shaft and a hub with several blades or vanes arranged in a cylindrical pattern. An axial fan's main job is to propel air in a straight path parallel to the rotational axis, thus the name "axial." These fans are frequently used in air conditioning units, cooling towers, ventilation systems, and electrical equipment, among other things. They are made to take air in via the hub and discharge it outward along the axis of revolution, producing a large amount of airflow.
